Delivery Service

We deliver products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. All available and applicable postage options will be displayed at checkout which will allow the customer to select the preferred postage option. Shipping costs are influenced by the type of postage option, the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping cost will be added to the order total before checkout.

Please note: When using Fastway Couriers and/or Australia Post Platinum Postage, we will place a note on your package to instruct the courier, "IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, PLEASE LEAVE OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR" (this may not apply if you have provided a business deliver address). If you would like to provide alternative instructions, please provide this in checkout comments. We hold no responsibility for any packages that may be lost, damaged or stolen. 

 

Local Pick-Up

Pick-up from North Sydney location is available to everyone free of charge. Pick-up from North Sydney store (Shop M05, Level 2, North Sydney NSW 2060) available from Monday to Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.

 

Free Shipping

We currently provide free shipping to all NSW delivery addresses when spending over $150. All other states will automatically be discounted $10 when they reach a total of $150. Shipping service will be decided by Performance Sports Nutrition. If there is any need for specific instructions for postage, please advise in the available space at checkout.

 

Shipping Timeframe

We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day or the very next business day the order has been placed. For Fastway Courier Shipping times are estimated between 0.5-1 business days within Sydney Metro, 1-4 business days for most metro regions throughout Australia and may vary upto 12 business days for remote or outback locations. Therefore shipping timeframes will depend on shipping location within Australia. Australia Post postage times also vary by area and service type. Estimations for both services will be provided at checkout. Please note, these are estimates.

If an order is placed during a business day, and where stock is available, all orders placed before 8am will be dispatched in the morning and orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same afternoon. This is not guaranteed but will take place unless there are unexpected circumstances.


Stock Errors

Performance Sports Nutrition is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are correctly marked as "in-stock" and that they are currently in stock, and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 1 business days (more than likely, this will be the same day the order has been placed) to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a refund.
