Supplement Packs for Your Goal

Are you confused with all these supplement products? Or perhaps it may be a little overwhelming, especially if you haven't used supplements before or are new to the "supp" (a.k.a supplement) world.

We have outlined below specific products, explaining what they do and how to use them. We want to make it as simple as possible for you to understand and pick the right one for you. Finding the right products can help you feel better, give you more energy and assist you in achieving better general health.


detox supplements

Recommended: Men & Women 

Goal: Jump-start a new fitness goal; Energy; Cleansing; General health

What is it?:

Product 1: Glutamine (powder)

What does it do?: Assists in gut health, immune system health, body recovery and all round health.

How to use it: Add a teaspoon to your protein drink, water, vital greens or any other beverage.

How to use it: Mix a serve (25g) with 350mls of water and shake Recommended to drink a dose every hour during a race. You may also pre-load before a race, depending on the length of your race.
